All of the Season Tickets, including Club Seats, at Paul Brown Stadium are sold with Charter Ownership Agreements (COA). COAs are a one-time purchase that grant you ownership of your specific Season Ticket locations, and provide you the privilege to renew your same seat location prior to each new Bengals season at Paul Brown Stadium.

COAs transfer the ownership rights of the season ticket locations to an individual entering into the ownership agreement. The COA owner is granted control of the season tickets, so long as the tickets are purchased by the renewal deadline before each season. This would allow the new owner to take control of the specific seat location and renew the tickets on an ongoing annual basis, without having to purchase a new COA.

The Cincinnati Bengals ticket office requires a $20 transfer fee for each form submitted. Transfers are processed from the end of the season through April 1. Transfers initiated after April 1st will not take effect until the following season.
